DJ is poor with rubbing, insect holes and chpping. It also has tanning on edges. Book is very good with a small area on the back cover edge that shows some wear. Inside pages clean and binding is tight. This book has a gift card laid in to Punnie Denman (Zilker) from Mrs. Patrick Henry Swearingen. Both prominent families in San Antonio.
